NJC Dormitory

This project consisted of 22,000 square feet of new college dormitory space constructed as a three story structure between two existing dorm buildings. The project architect’s, TSP Five, provided an admirable exterior design matching elements of the existing buildings on the new dormitory. This project is notable due to the extremely short construction time allowed and the fact that Landmark was challenged to work on a tight “not to exceed” budget while still leaving flexibility for changes. Both issues were accomplished due to strong team effort and by applying reasonable alternates to a issues when needed. This was a total “turnkey” project encompassing all trade disciplines from site development, structural steel/masonry core, exterior and interior finished.

Lundgren Farms

Design Build project consisting of 9,600 square feet to be used for truck and farm equipment storage. This project included a trench drain system in the floor and a partition wall separating the truck storage from equipment. A large overhead door in one end makes moving large equipment in and out of the building more convenient and individual doors in the truck bays make it easy for the truck drivers to have their own designated door operator. Landmark has worked closely with this customer over the last 25 years on a variety of projects to meet their specific needs. We worked closely with them in the design phase and site layout in order to provide them with the best finished product to suit their needs.

Wind Energy Farms

Since 2005 Landmark Construction Service, Inc. has constructed O & M facilities for Wind Energy Farms in Peetz, Colorado. These facilities consist of 50×100 Operational and Maintenance buildings for Florida Power & Light (FPL), Peetz Wind Farm, as well as 50×80 Operational and Maintenance buildings for Invenergy, at the Spring Canyon Wind Farm. Landmark has also contracted directly with ENXCO and FPL doing maintenance and repairs on several Necelle main Shaft Bearings. Landmark was chosen to execute these services because of our ability to self perform the scope of work as well as our commitment to safety, high quality service.

Bealls

This project consisted of 16200 Sq Ft of Renovated Commercial Space. The scope of work ranges from Demolition of existing space and canopy facade, to Landlord Finishes including new HVAC system and separate electrical service. Landmark Construction Services, Inc. was the Construction Management team and the general contractor for both Demolition as well as the Landlord finishes consisting of 16,200 Sq ft. Also included in the renovation was the exterior facade and canopy, changing the face of this building to suit the times. The project was started in May 2008 and completed in September 2008. The new space will house Bealls Department Store which is now open for business.

Crescent Electric

Design Build project consisting of 3,750 square foot warehouse addition for Crescent Electric Supply Company in Sterling, CO. Project included a interior Dock Ramp as well as Edge of Dock Leveler and exterior Dock Seal. Landmark worked closely with the customer’s Corporate Real Estate representative during the design phase to meet the client’s needs and achieve the best overall building design. Landmark was selected because of our ability to provided complete sets of drawings and site layout, as well as serve as General Contractor and Project Management Team.

Waste Management

Waste Management Admin Building, Ault, CO

Located in Weld County outside of Ault, Colorado. Consisting of 21,400 SF Maintenance Building, 9,650 SF of Office Building on a 28 acre site developed from a wheat field along with one mile of paved road to the new facility.
