Doug Brown

Vice President

Doug has been part of the LCSI Group since 1995. He began as a concrete and post frame laborer, became crew foreman on a post frame crew, and then supervisor of commercial projects. Doug is now a part owner and vice president. Doug is also a project manager, who supervises job sites, is active in sales and writes estimates.

Ed Brandt

President

Ed has been active in construction since 1980. He began his career as a steel erector and later as a crew foreman. Ed is currently President of Operations and his responsibilities include crew management, job management and job quotations. In addition to his experience with steel and concrete structures, Ed is current in O.S.H.A. safety methods and requirements and hazardous materials communication.

Greg Gertge

Greg has been a part of LCSI Group since 1989 and has served as a steel crew laborer, crew foreman, steel crew supervisor, and he currently oversees commercial and agricultural sales and estimating.

Mike Yarrington

Marketing Specialist

Mike has been with LCSI Group for 20 years. He began as a crew member on mill-wright, concrete, metal and post frame building crews. He is now the marketing specialist for concrete work as well as metal and post-frame buildings.

Tony Estrada

Crew Operations
Supervisor

Tony has been with LCSI Group for 20 years. He started as a third man, and has experience in mill-wright, steel buildings, pole barns and concrete. He now supervises the crews, and Tony is known for his determination to give the best service and production possible.

Ashley was brought onto the Riverside team the summer of 2011 to help market a new line of Colorado Manufactured tractor attachments and farm implements. She brings experience taking previous products from concept to the international sales level.
